What is Muttz "R" Us all about?  Muttz "R" Us is a company with on-lines sales of T-Shirts making fun of Purebred dogs, selling tested and successful training tools and other "muttz" gear, with the motto of Saving Lives One T-Shirt a Time.  We also have a philanthropic side where we assist in fundraising for animal shelters, promote pet adoptions rather than pet purchases, and donate a percentage of sales to petfinder.com, all under the motto of Adopt a Pet, Save a Life.

How do I become part of the "Muttz Members" gallery?  It's really very easy.  Once you've purchased your Muttz "R" Us gear or training items (including the leashes and clickers), just take a photo with your Mutt, showing off your gear.  Be sure to provide the name of your mutt(s), or any others in the photo.  Email your photo with the description to Mike@muttzrus.com

Is there a "Home" page?  Yes.  If you click on the logo on the upper left hand side of any page, or if you click on the "Muttz "R" Us" link in the upper right hand corner of any page, you will go directly to the home page.

How do I order something?  Click on the "Contact Us" page and enter your contact information with the specific items you are interested in.  This will automatically generate an email to Mike@Muttzrus.com and he will call you to get your specific order information and payment type.

What if I have a question?  Click on the "Contact Us" page and enter your contact information as well as your question.  This will automatically generate an email to Mike@Muttzrus.com and he will call or email you to provide your answer.  Please indicate your preferred method of contact for response.

What methods of payment can I use?  Muttz "R" Us takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash.

What sizes are offered?  For t-shirts, we sell M-L-XL. For special order options, we can order Small and XXL or larger.  For all orders XXL and up, there will be a minimum of a $2.00 charge per shirt offered (before tax and shipping.)

Is there tax and shipping on products I order?  There is sales tax and shipping.  Shipping rates will range from $4.99 to $15.99 depending on total bill and weight of products.  Please utilize the "Contact Us" page to enter your contact information and we will provide you with the total cost, including sales tax and shipping.

Why should I use a Bun-Gee Pup-ee Leash instead of a regular leash?  How many times have you taken your mutt for a walk and it winds up feeling more like your mutt is walking you?  Your Bun-Gee Pup-ee leash has a great feature...it acts like a shock absorber to keep your mutt from jerking your shoulder out of it's socket!  Many trainers have noted the Bun-Gee Pup-ee leash can minimize pulling from your mutt while on their walk, which is a great tool to encourage appropriate leash behavior!

What are Poochie Bells?  Poochie Bells are a handy way to teach your mutt how to send a signal that you won't miss when they need to go outside!  Too many times, your dog sends a signal that you do not pick up, and then they have an accident in the house.  Attach the Poochie Bells to the door knob that your mutt typically uses to go outside.  To teach your mutt to use Poochie Bells, use the word to signal it's time for your mutt to go outside, whether its "outside" or "potty", and then use the mutt's nose or paw to ring the bell.  If you follow this each time you take your mutt out, they will start ringing the bell whenever they need to go outside.  The number of 'accidents' will decrease dramatically and eventually cease.
